This network system is designed to provide continued education and support to members at all levels, starting from the starter (Novae) level to the supernovae level. The categories of the academic community within Anovae are in five stages and explained below:
- Novae: This is the first stage of the education system, (students enroll in our secondary school training program). At this level, members are introduced to the necessary technology skills and knowledge required to succeed in the global workforce. They also have the opportunity to earn industry-recognized credentials from our partnering companies e.g. Cisco. Our Novae training program is designed to be a stepping stone for members to progress to other higher levels of learning within the Anovae community.
- Ultranovae: After completing their secondary education and training program, students are eligible to apply for our year-long internship program. Our internship program is designed to provide members with hands-on experience after school, along with entitled emoluments, which will be needful for our interns to procure and foster continuity with assurance of financial support into higher levels of learning at the completion of their internship. During their internship, Ultranovaes continue to receive training and support from us to enhance their skills and prepare them for higher levels of learning.
- Tetranovae: Upon completion of their internship, students gain membership to the Tetranovae level. At this level, members in this category are deployed into corporate organizations for professional services while undergoing their undergraduate studies. The deployment is based on the individual’s discipline in their tertiary institution and perceived core values, having received training as experienced professionals through our online and offline courses. This exposure provides them with real-world experience and allows them to apply their skills in a professional setting.
- Hypernovae: The Hypernovae level is for graduates of tertiary institutions who are seeking sponsorship and partnership with our tech company. Our company not only teaches, we build business innovators. At the end of their course of study in the university, graduates undergo auditioning to present their business plan for sponsorship and partnership. This level provides graduates with the necessary support and resources to bring their business ideas to life.
- Supernovae: This level is the highest level of this robust education system. At this level, entrepreneurs who have successfully completed the partnership level are invited to join the board of directors of our tech company. Our director program is designed for professionals who have achieved significant milestones in their respective fields. Directors serve as mentors and coaches to other members of the community, providing guidance and support for continued growth and development. Directors have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the tech industry while receiving continued education and support from our tech company.
